  1. This is brilliant! Thank you. I agree completely…I try to keep the processed food to a minimum, and go back to the stuff I had for afternoon tea & snacks – pop some popcorn, cheese and jatz, a good old fashioned hunk of cold watermelon! You want a shake? Sure – put a banana, some yoghurt, honey and milk in a blender…perfect! I have had many a heated argument about these “supplement shakes” and the fact that the synthesised proteins come from all natural products (WHAT!!??) – grab an apple!
