Excellent advice!
I do modify my workouts a little to allow for the fact my pelvic floor isn’t as watertight as I’d like… instead of jumping with a rope I do knee lifts or fast running on the spot. This stops the boobs hitting my shoulderblades (despite sports bra!) too 😉
I’ve found getting the order right works well – lift pelvic floor first then brace abdominal muscles and do whatever other exercise you’re doing. Who says exercising doesn’t work the brain as well? Keeping track of which bits to relax and which bits to flex does my head in!
LOL- that is SO true!
Am just glad to hear you’re doing something for all of you, and your whatsit 😀
