Run around day again, in the car, school dropoff, out of car, get organised for gymnastics (two MUGS of coffee), head of to gymastics, home again, stuff lunch down, more MUGS coffee, head to kinder (YAY), drop Godzilla off, home for work (more coffee), school pickup, back to kinder for pickup.
“How did he go?”
Very pleased to see me when I arrived, a bit quiet at the start but settled in ok and played nicely with the other kids for the remainder of the session.
“How did you go?”
Standard response from a three year old.
Till bedtime, when I refused to read another story till he told me about kinder.
“I was sad, mummy, because I missed you.”
