Right, I’m stumped … all I can think of for X-type words are ‘x-ray’ and ‘xylophone’.
Oh, and ‘xenophobe’ which is, essentially, this:
Xenophobe [zen-uh-fohb, zee-nuh-]
noun
1. a person who fears or hates foreigners, strange customs, etc.
Now, it’s not necessarily that children want to wipe out entire races, it’s just that
X-ray is definitely my x-word. I had never been near one until kids were involved, the highlight (so far) being abdominal x-rays of 6 year old on his birthday after swallowing the pin of the back of his “I’m 6!” badge.
X-rated also gets a mention. I really wasn’t expecting to hear “What the fuck, Mummy. What the fuck!” from a 3 year old.
See? Bloody kids!
Totally with you on the X-rated, too! That makes so much sense!
